Forging partnerships to foster long-term value.
Creating win-win situations with our partners
BYME embraces the concept of partnering to create a platform with our clients, our suppliers and our subcontractors in a cooperative effort to achieve the predefined objectives. Through this partnering approach, we seek to foster open and non-adversarial communication. In turn, such an approach can help speed up decision-making and enhance the project’s quality and safety, while keeping in check clashes between the different parties involved.
Partnering to work means that the interests, needs, expectations, constraints and risks of every stakeholder must be given fair consideration.
BYME is proud to have established long-term trusting relationships with a broad range of valuable clients, suppliers and executive partners based on transparency, consideration and innovation.
Hong Kong Jockey Club
BYME’s long lasting relationship with the The Hong Kong Jockey Club started more than 20 years ago when we were appointed as the MEP contractor for the Happy Valley Racecourse redevelopment project. It consisted in extending the race track and upgrading buildings. The project was completed a month ahead of schedule and the new race track was ready in time for the new racing season.
Today, BYME is under multi-year term contracts with The Hong Kong Jockey Club for the design, installation, retrofitting, T&C of E&M installations in both Happy Valley and Sha Tin race courses. In addition, we are in charge of the upgrading of the air-conditioning infrastructure in Sha Tin and the retrofitting of the lighting system for the Happy Valley race course.
We are honoured to count The Hong Kong Jockey Club as one of our most valuable clients.
